It is very important for a successful OKR implementation that you have the right values and clear values defined in your organization. You will also typically need an agile culture to be successful in implementing OKRs.
When implementing OKRs within an organization each department and individual should be setting some of their own OKRs and they should be able to implement or own ideas of continuous improvement into the overall organizational picture.
We should empower and encourage individuals to be ambitious, to set very often unattainable goals – the journey is as important as the destination.
